The rental was scheduled, and ready for me. Unit was brand new basically and I had no issues. We kept it a second day and they were great about it.

Helpful professional courteous

Very helpful

The staff were very helpful! They helped me solve my hot tub moving issues.

Very helpful staff. Rented the skid steer walk behind stump grinder and it did the job perfectly. Very pleased with the company, their equipment and the service.

All of the staff were helpful and professional. The equipment worked well and reliably.

I have rented from Guy Rents and rental guys for 35 years. The equipment is always ready to run. Only had one problem with one jackhammer and they delivered me another one within an hour to the job. Always friendly people to work with deal with I highly recommend.

Excellent service. I will be renting from this place again

I had a great experience with Rental Guys — they’ve earned a solid recommendation from me. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. I had a minor issue with a plumbing snake I rented, which turned out to be an operator error, and their service tech in the garage handled it quickly and professionally. He went above and beyond to help me out, and I truly appreciated the support. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I would absolutely recommend Rental Guys 100%. Great company, great people, and top-notch service.
