Rental Guys Gives Back

Rental Guys has served Northern California and Northern Nevada communities since 1959. These are more than places where we do business. They are home to our employees, customers, families, and future workforce.

Supporting the Communities We Call Home

Strong communities are built by people and businesses that show up. Rental Guys is especially proud to support schools, youth sports, FFA and agricultural programs, career and technical education, local nonprofits, and family-focused community events.

Helping kids learn, compete, grow, and discover future opportunities matters to us. We also support organizations and programs that address local needs and bring people together throughout the communities our 13 locations serve.

Community Support, Donation & Sponsorship Requests

Organizations may use the form below to submit a Rental Guys donation request, event sponsorship request, equipment-support request, raffle or auction request, or community partnership proposal.

Each request is reviewed based on its community impact, connection to the areas we serve, timing, available resources, and any recognition or partnership opportunities included.

Please submit a complete request at least 30 days before your event or deadline. Submission does not guarantee approval, and Rental Guys may be unable to fulfill every request.
